Things that might be good to think about

These are my current thoughts about things you interact with in your daily life, and ways to avoid things that can affect you negatively.

Kitchen

Soap

Avoid scents. Use as little as possible. Absolutely do NOT leave soap residue on dishes. Same goes for dishwashers. They can leave residue if it doesn’t rinse properly at the end of the cycle.

Pots and pans

The best options are seemingly glass cookware like Visions, high quality enameled cast iron like Staub or high quality stainless steel. When selecting stainless, finding something that is highly magnetic is a good sign.

Choose enameled or glass when simmered acidic foods for a long time

Food, drinks and supplements Things they do to ruin the food supply Homo milk

Gums

gums etc

Phosphates, nitratets and other stuff added to meat Vacuum packed meat and microplastics

Supps

It is hard to find supplements entirely devoid of fillers. Some of the fillers to avoid are silicon dioxide, ... The ideal is gel caps with pure powder in it, or liquid supplements
Deodorants The worst offender is the anti-perspirant aluminium deodorants which should be avoided completely. Many other common scented deodorants like the common roll on or stick deodrants you would find in a grocery store should also be avoided.

Some people have success with fancy homemade deodorants, a bit of coconut oil and baking soda, or just baking soda rubbed into their wetted pits. I find that just baking soda is effective but over time became irritating. Some people can get away with completely foregoing deodorants. Note that it is more unhealthy to miss out on relations, opportunites etc than to wear a slightly suboptimal hippie store deodorant.
I want to make a overview of different things that are good to think about when buying products Like silicon dioxide in supps and spices The liquid that is sprayed into meat and pålæg The vitamins in milk Gums in ice cream chocolate etc Teabags

Denmark brands

Since I live in Denmark and has spent some time looking for products, I thought I might as well give some specific reccomendations

Then i want to make an overview of products that are good in denmark Anglemark chocolate, Thise, Poppelgris etc
